Biography

Born in Italy in 1990, I started dancing at the age of 7 in my home town near Napoli, Italy.

Competitive and energetic, in 2007 I auditioned and become part of A.c.a.b. Dance Company with whom I  performed in many productions through the year 2007/2008.

In 2018 I graduated from the High School for Psychology studies.

In the same year, I started working as a dance teacher and I started my first collaboration with the Pepe Mario Production, organising dance events and workshop classes in my town and in the rest of Italy.

At 19 I auditioned for the Dance Arts Faculty in Rome, a very influential and prestigious dance academy of the Italian capital.

I remember my first Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Class while I was stil a Dance Students.

I felt an incredible connection with my mind and my body.

Yoga helped me improving my performances and since then I could not stop from stepping on my mat.

After my graduation in 2014, I decided it was time to give a different shape to my future and I decided to move to New York City so I could  build my carrier as a performer.

In 2017 I create my first Dance Project, The Workshop Series.

TWS is a project that offers exclusive contemporary dance classes to all performers for affordable rates.

In March 2020 I obtained my 200h Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Daya Yoga, in Brooklyn.

I am continuing my education following classes and workshop with Yoga Alliance in order to improve my knowledge of Yoga and become a better Teacher.

My Yoga Practice with FlexibÄlis

FlexibÄlis Stretch & Flex

FlexibÄlis is a Greek word that means “Flexible”.
FlexibÄlis is a Stretching Technique in which the main goal is to create harmony and flexibility between your mind and your body.
After 22 years of dance training, I learned to understand the needs of my body and I am constantly working on my self learning how far I can push my muscles in order to improve the stretching and prevent future injuries.
Daily stretching exercise will give your body enormous benefits.
Just to give you a couple of examples of the power of Stretching:
-It will improve your posture
-It will protect your joints
-It will give you long lasting mobility
