It is essential to underline also that you cannot just wake up one day and run a 40 miles marathon without Warming-Up. No matter how much you have trained in your life. If your muscles are cold, in NO WAY you can complete an exercise and avoid the risk of an injury.


FlexibÄ­lis prepares your body for your Stretching Class with basic exercises such as small jumps, joints rotation and quick squats.

After 10 minutes, your blood will finally flow into your muscles are your fibres will be ready to be stretched.

“Flexibilis and Breath”

FlexibÄ­lis it’s not only learning how to stretch your legs. Every exercise cannot be completed if you don’t apply the correct breathing to it.

“The importance of FlexibÄ­lis in Yoga”:

Yoga became very popular lately. More people have shown interested in this ancient Indian technique and even more are taking a further step becoming a certified teacher.


But how do you know if you are ready or not for your first Yoga class?


My opinion is that you’ll never know until you try it.
Although many people have tried alternative courses before their first Yoga class, many are approaching it for the very first time.
In a studio full of people, a teacher can only dedicate little time to each students.

How do you know then if you are approaching the practice in the right way? Knowing your body is the answer!

For example: if you are trying to reach a full split staying on your knee with one leg stretched in front of you, first you must know that it is good to improve the flexibility of your hamstrings and of your iliopsoas muscles before going down on the floor.

“Who can participate to FlexibÄ­lis?”

FlexibÄ­lis is for all. What I teach in my FlexibÄ­lis Class it’s the results of what I achieved during my professional dance career with my body.
My body is flexible and well prepared for Yoga Class because I have always found alternatives that were good for my body in that exact time.

I did not wake up one day and knew how to stand in Warrior One. I worked on my posture, elongated my muscles and sweat until how finally reached the final pose.

I will help you understanding your body and improve your flexibility. Your Yoga class will seem easier after one hour with me.
